As a member of The Ethical Circle, you may be eligible to receive complimentary UAE Golden Visa consultation and processing services with Ethical Estate, valued at AED 18,000, upon the purchase of an eligible participating property valued at AED 2,000,000 or above through Ethical Estate.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

This privilege is available exclusively to members of The Ethical Circle and applies only to selected participating properties purchased through Ethical Estate with a minimum purchase value of AED 2,000,000. For the avoidance of doubt, purchasing a property valued at AED 2,000,000 or above through Ethical Estate does not, by itself, qualify the purchaser for this privilege.

Participating properties are determined by Ethical Estate and may be added, changed or withdrawn at any time.

Eligibility must be confirmed in writing by Ethical Estate prior to reserving or purchasing a property.

All redemptions are subject to prior written approval by Ethical Estate. Possession of this privilege, membership of The Ethical Circle, or purchase of a property valued at AED 2,000,000 or above does not create an automatic entitlement to redeem the privilege. Ethical Estate reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to approve or decline any redemption request at its discretion.

No representation by a developer, third party, introducer or other person shall constitute confirmation of eligibility unless expressly confirmed in writing by Ethical Estate.

The stated AED 18,000 value represents the value of the Golden Visa consultation and processing services provided under this privilege. The privilege has no cash value, is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for another product or service.

UAE Golden Visa eligibility and issuance are subject to applicable UAE laws, regulations and eligibility requirements in force at the time of application, as well as assessment and final approval by the relevant UAE government authorities. This privilege does not constitute or guarantee Golden Visa eligibility or approval.

The applicant must satisfy all requirements imposed by the relevant authorities at the time of application, including applicable requirements relating to property ownership, property value, payment status, documentation and any other eligibility criteria.

Unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing by Ethical Estate, third-party and additional government charges are not included, including health insurance, document attestation, translation and other external charges.

This privilege cannot be combined with any other Golden Visa processing promotion, rebate or similar offer from Ethical Estate unless agreed in writing.

Ethical Estate reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this privilege at its discretion, including where the qualifying property, applicable regulations or eligibility requirements change. Any redemption remains subject to the Terms & Conditions and eligibility requirements applicable at the time of redemption.

UAE Golden Visa eligibility and approval remain subject to the assessment and final approval of the relevant UAE government authorities.
