6. Business Setup & Visa Services

Ethical Estate may assist clients with business setup, residency, visa applications and related administrative services. Approvals, processing times, eligibility requirements, documentation requirements and fees are determined by the relevant UAE government authorities, free zones and other third-party entities. Ethical Estate cannot guarantee the approval of any company registration, licence, residency permit, visa or government application. Government requirements, regulations, fees and processing times may change without notice.

7. Concierge & Relocation Services

Certain concierge, relocation and lifestyle services may be provided directly by Ethical Estate or arranged through third-party service providers. Where a third party provides the service, their own terms, availability, pricing, cancellation policies and conditions may apply. Ethical Estate is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays or service quality of independent third-party providers, except to the extent required by applicable law.

We may introduce, recommend or connect clients with third parties, including developers, property owners, mortgage providers, banks, legal professionals, government service providers, relocation providers and other suppliers. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these third parties operate independently from Ethical Estate. Any agreement entered into with a third party is between you and that provider and may be subject to separate terms and conditions. We encourage you to review all relevant documentation carefully before entering into any transaction.

9. Enquiries & Communications

Submitting an enquiry, contact form, property request or other form through this website does not create a contractual relationship between you and Ethical Estate. By submitting your contact information, you authorise us to contact you regarding your enquiry and relevant Ethical Estate services. Where you have separately consented to receive marketing communications, we may also send you information about properties, services, market updates or other relevant opportunities. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
